- Managing service charge budgeting, forecasting, and reconciliation
- Overseeing billing, rent setting, and charge application
- Ensuring compliance with housing legislation and regulatory standards
- Leading on resident engagement and dispute resolution
- Managing and developing a customer-focused team
- Driving process improvements and system enhancements
You will bring:
- Strong experience in service charge and rent management within housing
- Knowledge of leasehold, Section 20 processes, and housing legislation
- Proven experience leading teams and delivering high performance
- Strong financial, analytical, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Salary of £49,680
