Working Pattern: Full-time (37 hours)
Location: Norfolk (Hybrid working available)
A fantastic opportunity is available for an experienced Service Charges & Rent Manager to join a well-established housing organisation in Norfolk.
The Role
This is a key operational leadership role responsible for the delivery of service charge and rent functions across a large housing portfolio. You will oversee the full lifecycle of service charges and rent processes, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and compliance.
Key responsibilities include:

 
  • Managing service charge budgeting, forecasting, and reconciliation
  • Overseeing billing, rent setting, and charge application
  • Ensuring compliance with housing legislation and regulatory standards
  • Leading on resident engagement and dispute resolution
  • Managing and developing a customer-focused team
  • Driving process improvements and system enhancements
About You
You will bring:

 
  • Strong experience in service charge and rent management within housing
  • Knowledge of leasehold, Section 20 processes, and housing legislation
  • Proven experience leading teams and delivering high performance
  • Strong financial, analytical, and stakeholder engagement skills
