Force Recruitment are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee commercial and mixed-use developments across Leeds and surrounding areas. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong track record of delivering projects safely, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations on construction sites
- Manage subcontractors, labour teams, and suppliers
- Ensure all health & safety procedures are followed
- Coordinate project schedules and site logistics
- Conduct toolbox talks and site meetings
- Monitor quality control and project progress
- Liaise with clients, project managers, and senior leadership
- Maintain site documentation and reporting
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Site Manager in commercial or residential construction
- Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid qualifications
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines
- Good understanding of health & safety legislation
- Full UK driving licence
