Position: Clinical Deputy Manager
Location: Southport, Merseyside
Pay rate: from £23 per hour (Depending on experience)
Hours: Full time


Careermakers are recruiting for an experienced Clinical Deputy Manager to join a well-established, medium-sized nursing home in the heart of Southport. Rated GOOD by the CQC, the home is recognised for delivering high-quality dementia, nursing, and residential care.

Working alongside a supportive Home Manager, you will lead and provide clinical governance to a stable and dedicated team of carers and nurses, ensuring exceptional standards of care for all residents

Responsibilities as a Clinical Deputy Manager:

  • Oversee daily clinical operations and ensure high standards of resident care.
  • Manage staff supervision, training, rotas, and performance support.
  • Coordinate care plans, medication management, and communication with families and healthcare professionals.


Requirements as a Clinical Deputy Manager:

  • Previous management experience within a care home
  • Registered Nurse qualified (RGN/RMN/RNLD)
  • Active NMC Pin
